I am rejecting this response because: A majority of the x-rays were done in [redacted] ***s office in Palmyra Missouri, not at the actual hospitalWhen I went for my MRI I saw signs then specifically stating I would receive a bill from Clinical Radiologist in regards to the MRIMy spouse can confirm that there was not signage posted or obviously displayedI was not informed, nor were there any signs in my doctors office stating I would be billed from Clinical RadiologistsLike Ive already stated, I said several times to my doctor that if I was going to receive a service that would generate a bill I did not want it done AS I HAD NO SOURCE OF INCOMEI was told that my financial assistance covered everything 100%Also no one had suggested or asked if I filled out a release so Clinical Radiologist could review my financial documents, I would have been more than happy to supply them with those documentsWhen I received the first bill and called in, that would have been the time to ask me to do that rather than saying there was no financial assistance programs with the radiologist and that I was out of luck and had to payI made efforts to take care of this, but Clinical Radiologists refused to work with me or help me in anywayEverything I have stated in my complaints I have stated to Clinical RadiologistsOnce again, I was coerced into services I thought were covered under the financial assistance program under pretense that everything was coveredIn terms of the case-by-case charity, that is on their end, not mine, and I never received information on that either

The hospital has signage informing patients that separate bills are sent by Pathologists, Radiologists, Cardiologists, etc It is the responsibility of the consumer to make financial arrangements or make efforts before an account is sent to collections If Blessing has collected financial documents from the patient, the patient should sign a release giving Clinical Radiologists the ability to view the same documents The independent physicians must make their own judgments on the charges Hospitals are required to provide a certain amount of charity care to keep the 501(c)status Independent physicians are for-profit entities. When contacted, I make the effort to review each charity requested account on a case-by-case basis

I am rejecting this response because:
A majority of the x-rays were done in [redacted]s office in Palmyra Missouri, not at the actual hospital. When I went for my MRI I saw signs then specifically stating I would receive a bill from Clinical Radiologist in regards to the MRI. My spouse can confirm that there was not signage posted or obviously displayed. I was not informed, nor were there any signs in my doctors office stating I would be billed from Clinical Radiologists. Like Ive already stated, I said several times to my doctor that if I was going to receive a service that would generate a bill I did not want it done AS I HAD NO SOURCE OF INCOME. I was told that my financial assistance covered everything 100%. Also no one had suggested or asked if I filled out a release so Clinical Radiologist could review my financial documents, I would have been more than happy to supply them with those documents. When I received the first bill and called in, that would have been the time to ask me to do that rather than saying there was no financial assistance programs with the radiologist and that I was out of luck and had to pay. I made efforts to take care of this, but Clinical Radiologists refused to work with me or help me in anyway. Everything I have stated in my complaints I have stated to Clinical Radiologists. Once again, I was coerced into services I thought were covered under the financial assistance program under false pretense that everything was covered. In terms of the case-by-case charity, that is on their end, not mine, and I never received information on that either.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/09/15) */
Statements were sent on 8/21/13, 9/18/13, and 10/16/13. A final notice was then sent on 11/13/13.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/09/16) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We NEVER...

received a statement... We PAY all our bills... if a statement was sent to us, we would have forwarded to our insurance or would have paid it. No doubt on that. Absolutely NO communication...
