At this time, I have been contacted directly by Central Ave Nissan regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I wrote to central Avenue Nissan to please credit my account for $that I left as a depositI had changed my mind after I spoke about the
deal offered to me with my familyThey felt that this deal was not a good deal since I went to the dealership to test drive a Altima with free maintenance and ended up with a and had to pay for maintenanceWhen I wrote to my salesperson the next day after giving them my credit card he said I was disturbing him and needed to contact the General ManagerI wrote to the General Manager and asked for a refundI'm still waiting for my refundI do not want what they offered since it was not a good deal on a high price itemI later found out about all the complaints against this dealershipI didn't want to deal anymore with their bad customer serviceThanks for your help in this matter

Customer's concern was "Vehicle shut off 2X while driving" their 2013 Sentra with 69,794 miles. We scanned vehicle with a Nissan Diagnostic computer and found that the Sensor in the Throttle Chamber was cutting out intermittently causing the vehicle to stall. The throttle chamber was clean during...

our inspection and dirt was not the issue, the problem is an intermitten fault with the sensor in the throttle chamber. A new throttle chamber was recommended to correct the intermitten stalling of the vehicle. The customer declined the replacement. While the vehicle can operate normally, it will continue to stall as the sensor issue manifest itself in the future.
