On the Day mentioned I had a friend stay at my home with a Black 1/mix Rotwieler Dog and who barks everytime a person comes near the propertyThe Dog never saw a man in the yard spraying, yet I still recevied a billThis company is without a doubt with two people now as witness lying and over charging or falsely charging customersThe person responding to this email was so extrememly rude on the phone not once but twice, she is not involved with the process at all with their technicians who sprayShe simply tries to take very quick phone calls and you feel as if she doesn't have time and can't be bothered with phone callsFor her to respond is truly a error on the business part since she is in the office and obviously doesn't understand what goes out in the fieldBy her unprofessional response she clearly doesn't want to handle something like this professionallyYou would think that a company would want to know what is going onHer claims of stating I am retaliating is so absolutely wrong and if she continues to make comments and involve my work with a personal matter I will have no choice but to bring a law suit against them Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 15, 2015/06/29) */ Please have [redacted] submit a copy of the bill she supposedly received from 5/28/for proof of billingOur last service on record was 04/22/ I [redacted] am involved with the business as my husband and I own the company and run the business The reason [redacted] 's employer was contacted was due to the fact that she was originally calling for a "pest inspection" yet she kept bringing up her house and arguing and yelling at me that I did not know what I was doingAlso, a dog is not a credible witnessFurthermore, the technician that was assigned to her account was in [redacted] that entire week of 05/25/to 05/29/ [redacted] needs to check her facts before she files claims This complaint needs to be dropped or we will forward it to our attorney on retainer

The Dog never saw a man in the yard spraying, yet I still recevied a 75.00 bill. This company is without a doubt with two people now as witness lying and over charging or falsely charging customers. The person responding to this email was so extrememly rude on the phone not once but twice, she is not involved with the process at all with their technicians who spray. She simply tries to take very quick phone calls and you feel as if she doesn't have time and can't be bothered with phone calls. For her to respond is truly a error on the business part since she is in the office and obviously doesn't understand what goes out in the field. By her unprofessional response she clearly doesn't want to handle something like this professionally. You would think that a company would want to know what is going on. Her claims of stating I am retaliating is so absolutely wrong and if she continues to make comments and involve my work with a personal matter I will have no choice but to bring a law suit against them.
