Review: On Sept [redacted], I went into a T-Mobile exclusive dealer store(The Cell Phone Store)located on [redacted] to renew my cell phone contract plan. During the time of my contract renewal, I was not informed of any return policy by the store employees. On the next day, the [redacted], I returned to the store with the two phones, three sim cards, contract/receipts in hopes to reverse and void the contract renewal and cash transaction of the phones. This was due to the reason that we decided to change to a more beneficial plan for our family. When we tried to return the phones purchased from the store, they refused to refund us. The manager,[redacted], stated that hes refusing to refund us due to their store policy. [redacted] refused to provide us with the store policy due to the grounds that we were no longer active customers to the store. There were no signs indicating the store policy; however there was a sign stating that if a customer was unsatisfied with the product, they may return it within 30 days with a $30 restocking fee. When I asked [redacted] about that policy,he stated that since the phone was purchased as part of the contract plan, the policy does not apply to my purchase. [redacted] also noted that we owed them an additional $50 for the discount we received for the 2 phones purchased. He then continued to threaten that he would tamper with our service with T-Mobile unless the $50 was paid. Amidst of voiding the contact,we were forced to surrender the 3 sim cards and our original copy of the contract/receipt so they may void the transaction and contact or a late termination fee of $95 will be charged onto our account. However, on the printed receipt that we surrendered, there was no sign of a No Returns or Refunds policy on it. I was unable to make a copy of the original document before surrendering it to the store. On the [redacted], I returned to the store to ask for the original copy of the contract/receipt. They refused to give us back the original but printed us a new, fraud invoice.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $650.00 dollars in the original form of payment, cash
