FOR THE LG G*** ALSO LEFT A $DEPOSIT FOR A LG G3, WE AGREE THAT HE WILL PAY $FOR THE LG GSO HE WAS OWED $*** WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE CONDITION OF THE LG GWAS GOING TO BE IN "LIKE NEW" CONDITION WE NEVER SAID THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE A BRAND NEW IN BOX LG GA FEW DAYS WENT BY AND *** CAME INTO THE STORE TO GET THE LG GAND WE SHOWED HIM THE LG GTHAT WE HAD IN STOCK BUT *** WAS UPSET BECAUSE THE LG GDID NOT HAVE A BOX*** THEN SAID THAT IF WE DON'T GIVE HIM A BOX WITH THE LG GTHAT HE WILL NO LONGER WANT TO GET THE CELLPHONE FROM US ANYMORE, I THEN TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD GIVE HIM HIS $DEPOSIT BACK BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE THE BOX AND THAT WE DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM, I OFFERED HIM HIS $DOLLARS BACK BUT HE KEPT ON SAYING THAT HE WILL CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE WE DID NOT GIVE HIM A NEW PHONEAFTER I TOLD *** THAT WE ARE NOW REFUSING SERVICE TO HIM TO KINDLY PLEASE STEP OUT THE STORE THAT WE DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM, HIS ANSWERED WAS OK I WANT TO RETURN THE LG GTHAT HE PURCHASED FROM US FOR $I THEN TOLD HIM THAT OUR RETURN POLICY SAYS THAT WE DON'T DO RETURNS THAT WE ONLY DO IN STORE CREDIT AND WE SHOWED HIM IN THE RECEIPT WERE IT STATES THAT CUSTOMER HAS A DAY WARRANTY AND THAT WE DON'T DO MONEY BACK WE ONLY DO IN STORE CREDIT*** WAS STILL DEMANDING HIS MONEY BACK AND ALSO HE WAS DEMANDING TO GIVE HIM A LG GNEW IN BOXWE THEN CHECKED THE LG GTHAT HE BOUGHT FROM US AND WE DISCOVER THAT *** HAD DAMAGED THE SCREEN, THE SCREEN DISPLAYED DARK SPOTS AND THOSE SPOTS WERE NOT THERE WHEN THE PURCHASED OF THE CELLPHONEOUR WARRANTY POLICY ALSO STATES THAT ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION HAS FROM THE PURCHASED DAYHE DENIED TO HAD DAMAGED THE SCREEN EVEN THOUGHT THE DAMAGE IS CLEARLY VISIBLEAFTER HE SAW THE DAMAGE SCREEN HE THEN SAID THAT HE WILL BE BACK AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENTTHEN HE WALKED OUT THE STOREA FEW DAYS WENT BY AND HE CALLED THE STORE APOLOGIZING FOR BEING RUDE TO US WE ACCEPTED HIS APOLOGY AND TOLD HIM TO PLEASE COME TO THE STORE SO THAT WE CAN GIVE HIM BACK HIS $DOLLAR DEPOSIT FOR THE LG GTHAT WE WERE NOT LONGER GOING TO SELL TO HIMHE THEN AGREE TO COME FOR HIS $DOLLARS*** ALSO TOLD US THAT THE DAMAGE SCREEN WAS NOT THAT BAD FOR US TO SAY THAT IT GOES AGAINST OUR WARRANTY WE THEN RESTATED THAT HE DAMAGE THE SCREEN AND THAT WE NEED TO FOLLOW OUR POLICIESBY *** SAYING THAT THE SCREEN WAS NOT THAT BAD HE IS AGREEING THAT HE DAMAGED THE CELLPHONE SCREEN*** CAME TO THE STORE A FEW DAYS LATER AFTER HE CALLED AND HE ASKED FOR HIS $AND WE GAVE HIM BACK HIS DEPOSITWE ASKED FOR THE RECEIPT BACK AND HE PROVIED US WITH THE RECEIPT THAT STATES THE $DEPOSITWE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO *** *** AND WE DONT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIMWE CAN PROVIDED A COPY OF OUR RETURN POLICY ID NEEDEDTHANK YOU

Review: I bought LG G2 phone from above mentioned shop for $180 and the receipt says I won't get my money back. I also paid $00 deposit for my LG G3 phone and they told me $400 for brand new LG G3 phone when I checked the phone it did not have the box, hands free and the back cover was from Verizon and when turn on the phone it says TMobile. The shopkeeper promised me for brand new LG G3.

Now I don't like LG G2 I want to switch with new LG G3 phone.Desired Settlement: Now I don not like LG G2, I want to switch it with LG G3 phone.
