Review: I purchased their software and was unable to download it... technical support was an email explaining how to fix the problem. The only person who ever answered any of the phones was a young man named [redacted] who seemed to answer the billing support line and the customer support line. We were still unable to download it and when I asked for a refund, I was refused. So we don't have the software and according to an IT person that I talked with to help with this download, that it was impossible to download it at all.Desired Settlement: I would just like to be refunded since I am unable to download the software and don't want it.
