Hello,The item they have ordered is a custom made item and can take up to weeks, we were hoping to have received this item by the middle-end on JanuaryWe do realize this item should have been here by now and will be discussing this with the crafterWe would have liked to resolve this with the
customer personally if they had given us the chance to do so, however we have no evidence of the customer or customers son contacting us besides the initial contact made on Dec 9th which we responded in a timely manner when we explained these items are custom made one at a time and take time. We will be contacting the supplier looking for the reason in the delay and the customer with any and all information we can provide to them. Thank you for your time,The Celtic Croft Team
