When I was contacted by Ms. [redacted], I explained to her that some times when credit cards are batched they take time to process. I asked when she was in so I could find her receipt, she couldn't give me an exact date. Due to the number of transactions I needed a date so I could find her receipt....

This isn't something that happens, if Ms [redacted] can pinpoint the date she was in I will gladly find her receipt.. we do not keep credit card numbers for the safety of our customers, but we do keep transaction receipts..

Ms [redacted] did make a charge in April, the fact that it was processed at a later date doesn't show that there were any improprieties. I have contacted my card processing company, some cards weren't batched til the following month.. Unfortunately this does cause issues for the customer due to the late billing..I explained to the c credit card company that it is an issue they need to address and and  they assured me this will not happen in the future.
