I purchased a double headstone and bench in July for my husband's gravesite Initially, it was to be placed Nov Although, I do not hold them responsible for not placing it during that time due to flooding, the items still have not been received Initially, Sherry, responded to my calls and emails in January but delayed setting the stone during that dry time because "they were already booked." It is now August, 31st and I have been by the business and it is locked, emails not answered, nor phone calls I spent over $dollars with them and have not received my goods and services
In August of 2015, we paid upfront $4,to Sherry [redacted] of The Cemetery Store (as she requested) for vases, bench and a headstone for my wife and me Ms [redacted] stated the granite we ordered would be in a few months By end of December, months later, they finally attached vases to our daughter's monument After numerous calls and emails requesting a delivery date, the bench was finally installed in late January or February, Ms [redacted] advised she was having a problem getting the Morning Rose granite from the quarry and in late December advised that the quarry was closed until January 11, It is almost months later and we have yet to receive the headstone we paid for in August, Numerous calls and emails go unanswered and it appears the business is closed We are an elderly retired couple living on social security trying to pay for these items before our passing to keep our children from having to pay for these expenses, and now we have been duped by Ms*** It appears this may be a ponzi scheme...asking customers to pay in full up front only to make them wait months giving her customers the cheaper items first before delivery of the "big ticket" item As of June 25, 2016, we still have not received our headstone and Ms [redacted] owes us a remaining $3,
