Yes I went to Robinwood orthopedic late September for a pinky on right hand injury they did an X-ray then the Dr said it was nothing I couldn't bend my pinky it was swallen and hurt like heck he said there maybe a spot that looks broke but it's not I questioned him and asked what if he was wrong he saw short and said I'M NOT so couple of weeks later I went to PCP for a check up and he saw my pinky and said any human eye can see something is wrong so he ordered a MRI and I had a broken pinky and a sprained knuckle had to go to PT for it because of the misdiagnos my pinky still doesn't bend right and is still swallen and hurts so I feel I shouldn't have to pay for that visit
No further contact by the busi I do not have to pay the bill
We spoke with the patient on 3/10/2020 and her bill was reduced by over $300 and she said that was what she wanted and the case has been closed.
