Review: I was billed for a blood test instead of the correct patient, in the middle of February 2014. The bill was sent to LabCorp, for blood tests performed. They have not gotten LabCorp to stop billing me in error. I received another bill from LabCorp on 5.12.14, three months after the bill was issued on the wrong account. I have received multiple bills.
I am not a patient of the doctor's office at this time, nor was I in February 2014. They billed me in error since the patient who was supposed to be billed has the same first name as me. I have been unsuccessful getting the bill taken out of my name.Desired Settlement: Written confirmation that I will no longer receive bills from LabCorp which are not mine. An apology. A credit at the doctor's office for all of the time I have spent trying to resolve this problem, so I can replenish vitamins I purchase there.
