Our investigation into the complaint led us to discover that when the insurance payment from the VA was posted by our staff, the adjustment was not properly posted. This has been corrected and the patient balance has been adjusted to reflect a zero balance. There is no patient...

Review: I am a Veteran that uses the VA clinic on [redacted] for healthcare. My primary care provider ordered a routine mammogram to be performed at the Centra facility on [redacted]. I began getting bills from Centra, made phone calls, all to no satsfaction that the VA was the payee for my visit. When repeated bills came in the mail I called the VA billing number given me by the VA facility and the person I talked to told me that Centra was in violation of a federal law in attempting to bill me for the remainder of the charge that the VA had not paid. He also advised me to register a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want to see a statement from Centra showing that I DO NOT owe them any money to make sure my record is clear and not heading for a collections agency. Thank you
