I ordered a custom Best Home Furnishings Ottoman. The cushion is 8 inches high but is so low density that when you sit on it (I'm average weight) you sink immediately all the way to the hard surface below. It's extremely poor quality foam. It's not even comfortable to rest your feet on it and is unusable as furniture. I complained but the policy on custom orders is "no refunds". I complained to the manufacturer via Revdex.com where I noted many other complaints of poor quality. Their response is that return policies are set by the store that sold the item. This leaves absolutely no recourse when the item ordered is unsatisfactory. This ottoman cost me $339 it should have been much higher quality. There should be an ability to receive a refund on special orders when the quality is this poor.
