The Chanterelle Workshop

I retained Mr. [redacted] to build me a "Woody" model open back banjo (Cherry wood) and sent full payment in the form of a US Dollar Draft of $1000.00 on March 12 2016. He advised that he would fulfill the order within 2 months. I have called every 2 weeks since the middle of May 2016 to get information on the status of the order. Each time he has promised fulfillment of the order during the following week. At this point he failed to meet his completion date, both initial and revised. I have in the last 6 weeks (3 calls) either shipment of the banjo or to make arrangements to refund the $1000 US. He has only returned my calls on 2 occasions, despite repeated requests to contact me.Desired SettlementEither completion and shipment of the banjo, or refund of the money paid.
