I would not recommend this builder to anyone nor would I use any of the contractors they use either, well if we knew whom they all were. We have had nothing but problems and issues with this company, we have tried to have them take care of honest and wide open issues that anyone could see, but this company just wants to be blind to the issues and still say they built a "QUALITY BUILT HOME" which is far from that.. From only having one coat of paint on the wall, to every door hinge being sprayed with paint, to the floors being messed up and them having to tile our bathroom 3x bc the contractor they used decided they wanted to be lazy as well and caulk the tiles down thinking we were dumb. The pictures and recordings we have proving the way we took possession of our house was unreal all because promises were told to us that things would be fixed and we would be happy. Well this company took a families dream and totally tossed it for them. I cannot believe my dream of having a new home built was ruined by a company that doesnt want to take pride in there work and just wants to lie and be dishonest all the time and just wants to make the quick buck!! We have had drainage issues because we paid 10k for an excavator whom we had no excavator do any work on our house, most things done were done as favors. I have also tried to call the painting company and they have done nothing but lie either I guess they don't want to lose the little bit of money they get from the builder, which I would think that it is us customers that do the referring. I have heard so many people are so upset about the work they do and the issues they have but no one wants to take it any further because of the good old boy system and the lies which I tell you would make anyone so mad. I would make sure to do homework on this company fully before asking them or considering them to build any home! and dont rely on there website as we all know that is where they will only publish good reviews from people. make sure you do your homework 100% I wish I would have but knowing the owner I did not think we would get screwed like we have, that just shows they are just after to make quick money. We have had the worst time it is really too long to list all of our complaints and issues we have had! all we can say is please make sure you do your homework before having your dream crushed like we had! Because I can assure you that no matter what they say they will not back anything! they will tell you what you want to hear!
