Our pillow was never returned and they charged for the M Lounge $30.00 a day but hotel frontdesk clerk said the program hasn't changed.
I have two issues: 1)our pillow was left at the hotel and I called the same day I left 8/5 and was told housekeeping left for the day. My information was taken down and no one called me. I've tried half a dozen times to resolve this issue on my own. I spoke to Chris/John I have text messages, Carrisa, a name that I couldn't understand and no one followed up. The other issue was I was charged to use the M lounge $30.00 a day/$120.00 for our stay. In the past there wasn't a charge but this time there was. They said the program hasn't changed but I never incurred a charge before.
I would have liked my pillow back but now I'd like a refund for the pillow and the M Lounge charge. The cost of the pillow $100.00 and the M Lounge charge $120.00 for a total of $220.00.
Ms. did call the hotel after departure to inquire about the pillow she believed she left behind. Our staff did a search of her room and lost & found; however, did not locate the pillow. Our staff did follow up with Ms. to let her know we did not find her pillow. The M Club Lounge is complimentary for Marriott Bonvoy (Rewards) members who qualify by their rewards status, which Ms. does not. Additionally, certain rate packages exist which include M Club access, which Ms. did not choose on this occasion.
