Placed a small online order $28.00 with this company, 2.7 lbs shipping weight. At time of checkout the shipping stated $0 with no options to select a carrier. I hit submit and then was informed that shipping charges would be assessed and that I would be advised. I did receive an another invoice from them now with the shipping amount.......$32 with UPS. That\'s more than the item cost. I emailed there customer service and was offered lip service but no opportunity to cancel the order. \r\n\r\nUPS shows up at the door and wants another $37 dollars COD for duty and processing fees. I had UPS return to sender and advised my credit card company that I did not authorize the additional charges and believe this is borderline fraud. For any online purchase the customer should be advised of freight charges and then asked if they want to confirm the order. This company went ahead and charged my credit card without my approval.
