Review: I bought a first communion dress ( including all accessories, veil, tiara, shoes)there in March 2013 for my daughter and her communion is May 5. A week before her communion, I tried her dress and it was a little tight. I went back to the store to exchange it to a bigger size and they wont let me do it because it was more than 30 days. I told the owner which I forgot the name that if there is a difference with the price I will pay for it but he said "No! you have to buy a new dress!", which made me furious since bought more than one item from them! I believe that they should have accommodated me and should be at least be willing to exchange or upgrade the size. We did not even go the part where they even check if they have any availability. This store should improve their customer and they a a disgrace in retail service! The person in charge there is [redacted]. They have very bad customer service support. I am a good consumer and honest but the Business Bureau should do something on business like this. [redacted] and have my own business and I stand by my product and services.Desired Settlement: I m not sure if refund is applicable on this matter. But it caused me a lot of stress and unhappiness not to mention that my 14 year old daughter was also there when I was arguing with the owner. I do not want scenario to be an example of how consumers should be treated. I want an apology from the owner and refund on my merchandise.
