This business is 100% shady! They are scam artist who make fake paychecks to get their customers approvedThey sell cars with many hidden issues and if you complain they dont care they say they have exspensive lawyers so good luck! They should be shut down

In response to Revdex.com of Northern Illinois, Complaint #Margaret [redacted] , Palatine, Illinois I must speak on behalf of my entire staff who was rewarded an A+ grade with the Revdex.com of Northern IllinoisSelling hundreds of satisfied customers, every once in a while you come across a nice, pleasant individual who purchased a [redacted] Xfrom us and was so happy, she could not thank us enoughAfter she took delivery of the vehicle, some mechanical issues occurred, which at this stage of our response I will let our Senior Technician describe in detail:After 30+ days of ownership, Margaret brought her car to us because it was leaking break fluidAfter spending nearly $1,on a new master cylinder and break booster, the vehicle was returned to herAlthough our policy is AS-IS, we still reached in our pockets to fix her vehicleWe wished she'd understand that a year-old [redacted] needs service and maintenanceWe are NOT a [redacted] Dealership or Service Center that is able to address her vehicle's future needs That being said, this past Friday afternoon on February 12th, 2016, she brought the vehicle back to us with two separate options we felt were fairKeep in mind, she owns this vehicle; the transaction was complete in December of She has extremely blemished credit, which limited our options, she has no additional money down, which also limited our options, and she did not want a higher payment, which limited a trade optionDue to our store hours coming to an end, I recommend she call Monday, February 15th, 2016, to set up an appointment to address her issues with our service departmentI might also add that she canceled three other appointments during the week and gave us no opportunity to address her options until Friday, February 15th, To my dismay on Saturday, February 13th, 2016, I received the email regarding Margaret's complaint from your officeIn addition, Margaret purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle with the understanding that the vehicle was to be taken delivery AND SHOWNThat being said, we made every attempt to be fair, honest, and compassionate to her needsAs I mentioned in the opening of this response, Chicago Car Guys received an A+ with the Revdex.com We wanted to reach out and go over and above our AND SHOWN service, but our attempt at providing her exceptional service was ignored In my four decades of managing automobile dealerships in Northern Illinois, I have never had to reach out to the Revdex.com for guidanceThousands upon thousands of satisfied customers in 40+ years and never have I had to address this type of situation Please adviseDonald I [redacted] General Manager Chicago Car Guys Chicago, IL

We ordered your navigation disk for you, installed a starter for you at our cost and charged you nothing for it, and we did agree to fix your check engine lightYou are not being an adult when it comes to living up to your obligationYou are an adult over the age of that entered a legally binding contract with [redacted] bank that you are responisble forBecause you have taken the car to so many differnet places with conflicting ideas and views we are not going to do anything for youYou then dropped your car off to us and said I don't want itIt doesn't work like thatBe a man and live up to your obligation

I've purchased quite a few vehicles from these guys and have always had great experiencesI would recommend them to all

their vehicles the manufacturer does and they packed the price of the warranty into the cost of the vehicleWe cannot do that, second off you have threatened my staff multiple times and told*** to watch his back, now you are threatening us and telling us to shove your car up our ***This is not how you receive help, when I purchase a vehicle for resale if it brakes on me I repair it, if it brakes on the customer they repair itWe make it clear multiple times that their is no warranty and that your only protection is to purchase a service contract if you decline purchasing that contract you are on your own!

As a Wisconsin car dealer who thought I was getting fair treatment. I was wrong. Every car I purchased had very good pictures and was not the same condition that was advertised. After 3-4 bad cars and a bad engine. I won't be back

I have been sick and at home more than at work so I agree that I have not dealt with a lot of my obligations. They have an email with...

my credit card info and days and amounts to charge it. With this outstanding invoice I am surprised that they never called the best point of contact is a telephone which allows people to resolve matters with a personal interaction not indirect emails. We wished she'd understand that a 12 year-old [redacted] needs service and maintenance. We are NOT a [redacted] Dealership or Service Center that is able to address her vehicle's future needs.

Recently purchased a car from this place. Car had several problems with it I had noticed prior to purchase. I had received assurances that these issues would be fixed by the dealership after purchase. They also threw in a warranty upon purchase for piece of mind (it's a worthless warranty). They did perform a work around to fix one issue but said it was too expensive for them to fix the other. Horrible customer service. Never would give you information over the phone. Keep giving you the run-around. If you're in the market for a used car, I would recommend going to another other place first. Don't buy a car from them, unless u don't mind wasting money on fixing it!
