The store the customer went to was the Meadows location meadows Circle Lake Saint Louis, MO We do not have a *** or *** at our locationThe regular retail and outlet stores are differentThe outlet stores can not return regular store purchases

I have not been contacted by them, as they are claiming, other than their original letterHowever, the Credit Report entry shows "Inquiry" so they have fixed itThanks for your help

On July 24th I made a large online order for uniforms for my childrenA week before school started I washed some of the the uniform chinos and discovered that they no longer fit of my childrenI called customer service to work out an exchangeI was on hold for min and upon answering my call I was put on hold for another minutes and then hung up onWhen I called back the automated voicemail informed me that the service line was closedI called back the next day and this time I was on hold for minutesI spoke with a "Supervisor" named *** who indicated that there was nothing that could be done about the washed clothes (even with the tags and receipt)The only option was to ship all the items back for a review of any defects (there was no defects) and then they would refund me the money and I could then reorder everythingThis process would take to weeks, which was not helpful for kids that need uniforms on MondayOr I could return the unwashed items and buy them again in the store for twice the price! I have ordered uniforms many times from Old Navy, and when I need to exchange something, all I needed was the receiptWashed or notI never had to pay more to exchange somethingeverThat is an awful policy! It is designed to get more money for the same productIt is shamefulGetting school clothes is not supposed to be a nightmare, but they are less concerned with the hassle they cause for their customerswhich is why I will never again be one!
