The Children's Heaven

I am writing because of my concern. This past two weeks we have been having some heavy winds in Las Vegas Nevada and the window in my master bedroom began to crack. I contacted XO windows and had some guys comes out to inspect. At first I thought a bird flew into it but after inspection, the XO windows representatives determine the cause being a manufacturer defect with the term a fish eye crack. They said the window will be replace. Two plus weeks the glass has arrived and appointment for the guys to install been made. They are saying that a $125 labor charge is something that I will have to pay. I called the company in Las Vegas and explained it should not be something I should absorb as this is a defect from the manufacturer. The branch manager Mr. Chris [redacted] never returned my call so I voiced my concern to the corporate office in Phoenix Arizona and spoke to his manager Mr. Dallas [redacted].
