The Childrens Place

I had purchased some clothes from Childrens Place in March and was to be sent to the store at ***, unfortunately they had closed due to the Covid-19 stated that I wouldn't receive my merchandise until store reopened. I have called customer service several times and even called the store (which there is someone there) All I want is what I paid for I even offered to pay the 5% that I saved by having it sent to the store. Very upset I want my merchandise or a refund. I have sent several emails to customer service no response and when calling the wait time is to 2 hours.
