I do not accept their resolution. The clerk did not put the Elsa and Minnie purses in my bag. They are making excuses so that they won't have to refund my money or send the merchandise to me. I did not walk out of their store with those purses. They can keep their $10 coupon as that is less than what the two purses cost. I I will ever shop in as you Children's Place store again and will encourage everyone I know not to shop there either. I am am an honest person. There is no reason for me to not tell the truth and the truth is the clerk did not out those purses in my bag. Sincerely[redacted]

Review: On August 22, 2015, I purchased several items from the store. When I got home back to Ohio and opened the bag two of the items that I purchased were not in the bag. I called the store and the manager told me that their camera shows the cashier putting the items into the bag. The items were not in my bag. The two items were: min hrt xbody purse and an Elsa xbody multi clr.. Price for the two purses was $16.96 and $11.86. And I paid cash for these items. I feel that the manager is not telling the truth. I would like my money refunded. My sales slip says I paid for the items that were not put in myDesired Settlement: I would like the money refunded for the two items. And I would like documentation of my complaint.

This case was escalated to our Loss Prevention team, who confirmed by viewing footage from two different angles that the cashier inserted all of the merchandise including the Elsa and Minnie Mouse purse in the shopping bag and handed it to the customer. Ms. [redacted] is seen leaving the building with the shopping bag. We will be happy to mail a courtesy $10.00 off coupon that can be used on a future in-store purchase. However, we are unable to replace the items as they were given to Ms. [redacted] at the time of her visit. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Thank you, E.
