I ordered an item as a Christmas present last year that never arrivedAfter contacting the company about the issue, I was offered a refund but never received anyI have contacted customer service on several occasions each time receiving one response but after I ask for a refund or for my item to be delivered they stop replyingI also asked to be taken off their email listOnce by clicking UNSUBSCRIBEAnother by asking by emailI was assured that I had been removed yet I keep receiving advertisement emails for a company that essentially stole my moneyVery dissatisfied

I am rejecting this response because:
I have not received a confirmation e-mail of the shirt being sent out In the message the Chivery sent me, it said that I would receive a confirmation e-mail "You'll receive an email notification (at the email address used to placed the order) when your merchandise ships :) (no later than tomorrow)" This was sent on July 28th, and I have yet to receive the message saying the item was shipped Of which now it has been multiple days since then, as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it seems I am way to giving on that front, as it has been two months since this entire process started.
