The manager of our pre-registration services called and spoke with the patient on April 28, 2017. She explained that our current policy is to offer a 10% discount if a bill is paid in full before an appointment and 5% if paid in full immediately upon receiving the bill, but she did offer him a...

She and the director of hospital billings services also shared the dissatisfaction with the customer service employee with the director of client services for the outside agency who assists us with billing. I summarized this in a letter to Mr. Noschang on 5/1, and have attached a copy of the letter that is being mailed.
