Review: I ordered a 7.5 tall 750 per lite Christmas on the on-line service that I had found from [redacted] I got a great deal on price it was 50 % off I paid for shipping.

2 weeks later I received the wrong Christmas tree it was not per-lite and the stand was very rusty.

I looked up the return policy on-line and called the next day.

I spoke with a very nice woman "Linda" she said this unit was not a per-lite tree.

I told her according to the on-line product description the Christmas Tree I ordered and Product Number the tree was pre-lite.

She looked up the unit on line and we both agreed that according to their own web-sight the tree I ordered was a pre-lite tree. She looked up the On-Line produce on the Web-Sight and we both agreed that product advertised On-line was a pre-lite tree of which I had ordered.

From what she said the tree may have been miss marked on the web-sight but she would send me the correct tree ASAP AND WAS VERY SORRY ... She wanted to check her stock before she sent anything out, and she would call me back in 30mins and not for me to worry!

That was the last time I have spoke with this company I have called and called no one will return my call or answer the phone ??? I feel like this is a scamDesired Settlement: I just want the right Christmas I ordered On-line ( 7.5 Tall 750 Pre-lite Christmas Tree )
