The Cincinnati Enquirer Reviews (28)

Our Senior Distribution Director is currently handling the issue. He notified me that they no longer provide tubes and that he is trying to follow up and contact the customer with no success. Also $15 of credit was applied to the account on 11/18 by a customer service representative.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Regards,[redacted]  The refund that they issued to me is not in the full amount that they withdrew from my account.  It is short.  The amount withdrawn was for $18.75.  The refund that they put back in my account was for $16.12.  That is a difference of $2.63 that they still owe me.

I have been in contact with the customer and the issue should be resolved.

I requested the amount that it cost me to buy a Sunday newspaper, two dollars, and they credited me 44 cents.

I have sent the number to our database reps and phone vendors. The number ###-###-#### will be placed on our Do Not Call lists.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I never received a single paper from their company.  They stated they had a bad address, so therefore I could not have ever received a paper from them.  I also have yet to receive the refund of the $2.63 that they kept for a service they never produced due to incompetent personnel, both entry & managerial level.   I will never do business with this company ever again and will advise any friends and colleagues to refrain from doing business with a company like this.
Regards,
[redacted]

According to the account history, the refund was processed on 1/09 for $32.18. It is a credit card refund meaning that the funds were credited back on to the credit card that was used to pay for the paper. It should be listed on the credit card's statement history that encompasses that date of 1/09.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this is only acceptable if I am contacted by the parties who are still refusing to call me back or answer my emails. I would love to share names and contact information with a manager.
Regards,
[redacted]
