On September I placed an online order to The City Case, Incfor a *** *** ***, for which I was charged $On October 2017, The City Case notified us by email that "an issue in the delivery of our stock affected the fulfilment of our orders from the Amazon warehousesWe were not able to ship the items included in your order and it is now on hold until further instructions." One of the options they provided was a full refund, which we requestedCity Case responded that we could expect a full refund "within working days"When we did not receive the refund, I emailed the company on Novand inquired about the holdup*** of the City Case Team responded back, "Let me see what’s happening with our accounting departmentI will keep you posted." As of today, November 20, I have still not heard back from the City Case Team

I ordered and paid for Paris museum passes on 4/18/I wrote to them in July and in AugustThey responded by promising to send them SOONTo date I still have not received the passesIf they are not forthcoming this week, I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com

In March, 2017, I ordered (& paid for) a Paris Metro/ Museum Pass for a trip in November of same yearI was told they would wait to mail it to closer to time of departure to ensure the best discounts availableThey asked for & I gave our departure date (actually told them a day ahead of departure date.) They assured it would arrive by the date I gaveWhen the Pass didn't arrive, I emailed (no phone number available on website), and they asked for our Paris hotel infoI cancelled order & asked for a refundThey appeared to be trying to refund, but kept having excuses, asking for my PayPal account info; I suggested just mailing a check- they said they'd have to check with accounting(They couldn't credit my credit card because we had had to change accounts because of the *** security compromiseAnd I didn't want to send new credit card info by email.) Finally, I challenged the charge with my credit card company & after much documentation, was credited the full amount by my credit card company this month (January, 2018)

We paid for services from this company and did not receive anything but excuses and promises of a refundI have initiated dispute proceedings with my CC companyDo not use this company

They got my money and provided no passes for Parisbeware they are not reputable in any wayowe me over a thousand dollars and will not return my emailsthey will string you along but will not deliver what you pay for!!! BEWARE!

I love this companyThey are serious, responsive, and they try hard to always accommodate their clientsI don’t understand the negative comments, they are surely coming from angry people who don’t take their responsabilites
