Failure to honor lifetime warranty
I purchased a [redacted] pool table from the Billards factory on south Campbell ave in 2009. The pool table included a lifetime warranty. On 11-22-11, I called for slate seam level (covered under the warranty). I was told by [redacted] and [redacted] (XXX-XXX-XXXX) that [redacted] was sold in June 2011. The new company (CLB Assests) will not honor any warranty prior to 2010
