Per your letter, both myself and my delivery supervisor, *** have responded to Dr*** ***'s complaint
Dr*** mailed me a serious letter asking him to stop delivery of our town's newspaper, The Clarendon Courier,
which I own, to his addressI instructed Mr.*** to stop that delivery, but unfortunately, the delivery person accidentally delivered that address one more week
Then, Dr*** filed his complaint, thinking nothing had been done to address his concerns
Mr.*** and I both reached out to him, and no paper was delivered on OctI confirmed this by visiting Dr***'s address, Ridge in Clarendon Hills, to ensure that there was no paper there that morningI also e-mailed Dr*** later that afternoon to confirm that no paper was delivered
The next issue of the Courier will be delivered this Thursday, Oct16, and I plan to pursue the same procedure this Thursday morning to ensure that Dr*** does not receive a paper
