I received my sofa and chair. The delivery company unwrapped and upon the unveil, the wood from sofa leg had punctured through the sofa leather and tore a hole. Delivery service made note as needed on invoice. I followed the instructions per company to contact via email and submit ticket with pictures of invoice and damaged item. It has now been a week and company has failed to resolve my issue. They first offered a minute amount of cash in the amount of $84.00 for the damage. I have asked for either a refund or replacement and have yet to get either. I did not receive undamaged furniture so they should make this right if they are a reputable organization.
