Review: We hired The Cleaners in 2009. In early August of 2014 we decided to go with another cleaning company due to the poor service from The Cleaners. I asked them to stop work prior to the 30 day notice that was required but offered and paid them for the full 30 days. The last day they were to clean was August 15th. It was requested they return our keys August 18th. It is now August 21st and I have not been able to get a hold of The Cleaners via phone or email. They also left cleaning supplies here they need to pick up.Desired Settlement: We need the keys to our building returned.

We just received a Revdex.com complaint from a former customer instrument development corp. ID number [redacted]. All keys have been returned to the front receptionist desk and this customer is just holding a grudge against us do to us asking for all payments in full. We have gone several months without ever receiving payments from this customer and after threat of cancelation we finally have been paid up to date and this is their way of trying to ruin our reputation. They even tried to cancel their agreement without giving us the proper notice outlined in our contract. We are able to provide proof if necessary of all emails sent to them due to non payment. We are unable however to provide proof that keys were returned since they refused to sign off on any of our documentation stating keys were returned. We are glad this is behind us and I would advise any services to think twice about dealing with a company that treats it's vendors and service providers in such a horrible manner.

I would definitely NOT recommend. Service was increasingly poor over the past year, with the final six months seeing one problem after another. Very poor cleaning, not working for the amount of hours contracted for. Complaints were not handled professionally by owner or operations manager. Once a 30 day termination was provided by me per our contract, service was nonexistent. We were lucky to get our garbage cans emptied on our six day per week contract. I had one customer complaint after another about how our building looked. You would think on a multiple thousand dollar per month contract, they would have appropriately followed up. After termination notice was given by me, I did not even receive a courtesy notice of apology. Do NOT hire.

I had prepaid for services from this company through a living social special on September 7th, 2012. I continually tried to contact the Janitorial Company through phone ([redacted]) to redeem the voucher, but every time I called it went to voicemail. I finally got a hold of someone at the Janitor company by the name [redacted] on 4/24/13. He told me the coupon is not valid anymore since we are past the expiration date. I had informed him I had called and left messages on 1/12/13, 1/29/13 and 2/5/13 before the expiration date but they never called me back. . [redacted] said at this point it is to late and they will not accept the voucher. [redacted] informed me the coupon was never used to to call back living social to get my refund.

So I contacted living social through on 4/24/13 through phone and talked to a Representative named [redacted] looked up the transaction and said that living social could not issue a refund or credit due to the fact that the Janitor Company had already claimed the voucher to be redeemed and took the money. [redacted] informed me I need to call back [redacted] and have him "unmark" the voucher claimed before I could get the refund back through living social. ( I have these email recording as well)

I called the Janitorial company to resolve the issue and they did not answer nor call me back. I have phone records and left messaged on 4/25/13, 4/30,13, 5/3/13. I contacted them one more time through phone and left a message on 5/28/13. Informed them that I needed a call back by the end of business or will be filling a complaint through Revdex.com and attorney generals office. I did not receive a phone call back.
