The Cleaners of Keller

On Saturday August 61h, (complaint incorrectly states the date was 8/8/2016)a pink blouse was dropped off for cleaning at our Rufe Snow location inKeller under the name of [redacted] ***Our computer system did notrecognize that this customer had previously visited any of our locationsusing that name, so a new account was set up at that time.The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) at each of our locations aretrained to inspect all garments while generating an invoice and attaching aidentifying garment tagUpon this inspection the CSR observed what shedetermined to be a food type stain on the front of the blouse, notated such onthe invoice & processed it for special handlingI am including a reprint ofthe original invoice that shows that the CSR did notate that the blouse wasreceived stainedEach invoice is time/date stamped at the time they aregenerated and these invoices cannot be altered or edited in any way withoutthe original ticket number and time/date changing alsoThis invoice stillretains the original ticket number that was generated at the time the blousewas dropped off and the time/date stamp of when it was processed into thesystem.I have interviewed the CSR as well as reviewed the recording of the 2different surveillance cameras that cover the customer call office at thislocation and have determined that all policies & procedures were followed.These policies and procedures have been developed by my company overthe last 25+ years of owning and operating dry cleaning businesses andmake it virtually impossible for a garment to come in contact with anysubstance that could possibly cause a stain of this nature.We have attempted to remove the stain on this customers
