Damage to house, owner/company not taking responsibility
There was clear damage to my wood flooring on my stairs when the company came to clean my flooring and notified the owner on 2/11/19 of this. The owner stated this could not have been his cleaners as they did not clean the upstairs. I responded that they did as they cleaned the upstairs as is the normal cleaning. and mentioned that I would not have been charged the regular amount for them not to clean half my house. He has not responded at all since then. I have attempted to contact him and his company 3 times since then and have had no response
