Thank you for contacting me regarding Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] ( [redacted] ).When received the complaint from Mr [redacted] , I did a thorough investigation of the matter involving the glassesquestioned both cleaners who were at Mr [redacted] 's home on the day in question and neither cleaner remembers seeing the glasses, and both feel genuine sadness that I'm being blamed for something that never happenedplace both of these women in high regard as excellent employees and responsible peopleI don't See any reason why they would take Mr [redacted] 's prescription glasses.Mr [redacted] 's theory of breakage and subsequent disposal of evidence is just that, a theoryWe do breakthingsEvery cleaning Company doesWe have a process when in the event of damage, if the customer is not home, the cleaners are trained to notify myself and leave a note of apology next to the broken articleThese two cleaners have both done that on several occasions and I've reached agreeable resolution with the Customers.We do receive occasional accusations of theftIt is sometimes a natural instinct of a cleaning company customer who is missing something to assume theft by the cleanersFor example, last week a customer accused the cleaners of stealing some of her husband's golf clothesShe was very angry at meA few hours later she apologized and informed me that she had located the golf clothesHer daughter had packed them in a suitcase during the madness and chaos of the brush fires in Orange County.Mr [redacted] states that there was a continuous pattern of damage in his home, yet he never mentioned this to meHe refers to this incident as "the last straw." If I had known there were incidents of unreported damage, absolutely would have taken action on it.Mr [redacted] reports of a failure to come to a compromiseMr [redacted] made no attempt whatsoever at a compromiseMr [redacted] 's exact words were "Where do send the bill?"invite Mr [redacted] to Contact me

This complaint was issued to the wrong office.  This the Huntington Beach office for The Cleaning Authority.  The office that this complaint should be addressed to is the Irvine Office.
