2/20/2017 We looked at the stainless steel surface claimed by the customer by sending a 2' team to take a look. Our assessment was not only the damage...
area was small, but we didn't use any chemical or scratch pad to have caused that. The original team said they didn't do anything to cause that to occur. The 2" team we sent to look at the damage also agreed and they also took very clear picture to show me — I also agreed with their conclusion. Evidence we collected all draws into the same conclusion that it was highly unlikely we caused the damage. Again we didn't use any harsh chemical, nor did we use any scratch pad to have caused that. I offered 50% off for her next cleaning. However customer dropped the service immediately after seeing my email reply.
