We are disappointed to receive Mr. [redacted]' comments. Mr. [redacted] terminated service after his second cleaning via email, providing no explanation. Five days later (and over a weekend) he called to report a blind not dusted properly and a window...

pane - 10 feet up - that was damaged. Our cleaners are only permitted to clean what they can reach without any assistance, which includes ladders, step-stools or poles. Considering that, it seems highly unlikely our cleaners were responsible for the window damage. For this reason, combined with the 5-day delay in Mr. [redacted]' call to the office, we did not honor his requests.

Regarding his other complaints: We paid to have a plumber repair the shower head and recleaned the shower. The bulletin board was repaired and we said we would purchase a replacement 3M plastic hook. He said it was OK and not to worry about it.

The Cleaning Authority has a Satisfaction Plus program and we promise to reclean anything that may have been missed or is not cleaned to the customer's expectations. We send a team the next day, or sometimes even that same day, to assure customers are satisfied. We also respond to breakage complaints within 24 hours, either repairing or replacing items that our cleaners accidently damaged while cleaning. We did all of these things for Mr. [redacted], with the exception of the window, which we do not believe we damaged and was reported 5 days later.
