I purchased a [redacted] for 4 hours of cleaning services in Aug 2016. I called and left multiple messages. Reached out to [redacted] for assistance. Messaged the company on ** - and reported back to [redacted] who said they could not refund and/or credit for the $130.00 I spent - and they would engage and reach out to the company. (I continued to escalate this through Dec 2016). In Jan 2017 I received an apology message from a company rep with Cleaning Guru - told me that they had family emergencies, etc. and they would schedule my cleaning and asked me for days available and times. I sent them multiple days and multiple avail times of days. Never heard back from them. [redacted] said they would re-issue my credit to use with this company. And now this company is not showing available on [redacted] . I want my money returned! And if [redacted] continues to be of no help - I will be filing a complaint about them too! I've also read online that several ppl have had the exact same challenges with

I got a Groupon from them back in November, and they have not answered their phones or called me back after leaving multiple messages The Groupon is now expired and I have been trying to reach them for months

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company agreed to provide services when they provided the groupon Because they have discontinued the interaction with Groupon, doesn't mean that money already paid for services is invalid The voucher purchased through Groupon abides by gift card laws - thus can not expire It was agreed upon at the purchase Furthermore, the company has ignored all calls and messages regarding said service They did not respond to my requests in any form, and attempted to avoid providing the service which was purchased Their response is further evidence of their avoiding their legal responsibility to provide the agreed upon service which was purchased According to the Groupon terms of service, the sole responsibility for the lack of response and providing the purchased servce lies on The Cleaning GurusThe Groupon voucher was purchased 11/7/They have again refused to provide service Service was purchased - but none has been received

I purchased this service on 12/27/It took until the beginning of February to reach someone at this business to schedule an appointmentI scheduled an appointment with this cleaning service for this morning, and no one ever showed upI have called the business multiple times and emailed with no responseI have already paid for this service through Groupon and have not received the cleaning I paid for
