are many points which have not been discussed in this complaint which have been forwarded to our insurance company for their investigation.
Again - nothing will proceed until the customer pays for the first two services which at the writing of this response are still due and may result in a collections/ small claims filing.

We were provided an invoice for the cleaning less than 2 weeks ago despite having requested one for the initial cleaning. This invoice did not come for another month. We have not been paid since the time the invoice was received. To threaten a small claims suit with less than 2 weeks to pay an invoice is completely ridiculous. I would also like to know what the "many points not discussed which have been forwarded to our insurance" means

OUR REPLY TO THIS CONTINUED RAMBLE IS IN CAPS...
We were provided an invoice for the cleaning less than 2 weeks ago despite having requested one for the initial cleaning. A FREE NO INTEREST LOAN..HOW IS THIS A BAD THING?
This invoice did not come for another month. OK YOU HAVE IT.
We have not been paid since the time the invoice was received. IRRELEVANT.
To threaten a small claims suit with less than 2 weeks to pay an invoice is completely ridiculous. JUST AS RIDICULOUS AS THE QUOTE FROM MR. [redacted] ON JULY 8, 2015 "Also I hope you guys don't plan on getting paid." NORMALLY WE ARE VERY RELAXED IN OUR A/R DEPARTMENT, BUT WHEN THREATENED WITH NON PAYMENT THAT CHANGES DRAMATICALLY. WE WERE NOTIFIED BY MISS VANBROCKLIN THAT A CHECK WAS MAILED, AND PROVIDED THAT CHECK IS INDEED RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE ON OR BEFORE 7/23/15 THE AMOUNT DUE WILL BE PAID IN FULL AS AGREED ON 7/8/15 VIA EMAIL. IF NOT THE FINAL SERVICE WILL BE ADDED BACK TO THE BALANCE ALSO AS STATED IN THE SAME EMAIL ON 7/8/15.
I would also like to know what the "many points not discussed which have been forwarded to our insurance" means IT MEANS JUST THAT - WE HAVE DISCUSSED THIS ISSUE WITH OUR INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY HAVE DISCUSSED THE ISSUE WITH OUR CLEANERS WHO WERE AT THE HOUSE. THEY WERE PROVIDED WITH THE STRING OF EMAILS. THEY HAVE THE PICTURES AND THEY HAVE OPENED A CASE. WHETHER THEY CHOOSE TO PROVIDE THAT INFORMATION TO YOU OR NOT WILL BE THEIR CHOICE.

as to the "damage" we offered to credit and replace the toilet seat - that request was not accepted. we deny any damage to refrigerator door as the same...

product used on her door is used, has been used and continues to be used in over 100 homes with no issues. we also clean 3 appliance showrooms throughout central illinois and we and they use the exact product on all of their stainless steel appliances. crew noticed the spotting in question upon arrival to the house prior to anything being done cleaning wise. as such we passionately deny any responsibility of her appliance issues. we recommend she contact the manufacturer as this is an issue related to the metal on the door as opposed to the cleaning of said metal.

[redacted] contacted me within 10 minutes of my initial inquiry about cleaning services to make the sale yet upon notification of problems and termination of the service he's been unresponsive and failed to return keys to my home. I have been unable to get any response from him and have made attempts via email, calls to his cell phone and messages at his office. As of July 20th (more than 40 days after termination of service and 1 week after his response here) I still do not have my keys returned.

WE HAD A MANAGEMENT TURNOVER IN BLOOMINGTON AND IN THE TRANSITION THERE WAS CONFUSION AS TO THE KEY BEING RETURNED. I WAS JUST NOTIFIED THAT WE DO IN FACT STILL HAVE THIS KEY. I WILL SEE THAT IT IS RETURNED BY 5PM FRIDAY OF THIS WEEK.
