Firm has failed to provide any of the contracted appointments
In January 2016, I contracted with *** *** Ratings (Consulting Connections)to set two 401(k) plan appointments For this, Consulting Connections received payment of $2,
In March 2016, no appointments had been set and the owner, *** ***, confirmed that if appointments were not set by the end of April, my payment would be refunded No appointments were set and the funds have not been refunded
In May / June 2016, one appointment was set However, the appointment was set with a company over 1/hours away from my location
I have emailed and called the company repeatedly over the past several weeks, all with no answer and no response
My options have been limited to either they voluntarily return the $2,fee OR I file a fraud theft complaint with the Florida Attorney General Per the conversation with the FL AG, theft of over $is a felony and punishable by up to years in pris

What a great experience with this companyLove how they called me back within an hour of my questionThe answer I was given was exactly what I neededI have been dealing with this company for about years now and enjoy doing business with them

I entered into a contract with this coto provide a service within a specified time periodI paid them $They did not deliver*** not refund
After being solicited by RPR for a specific appointment opportunity, I entered into a contract on 8/22/with RPR (an appointment setting service) to schedule a specific appointment within a week periodI paid them $The terms of the contract state that if the appointment does not get scheduled by the end of weeks, I *** receive a full refundThey did not provide the appointment and have been evasive, not returning phone calls, emails etc
When I finally did get a response from *** *** (the solicitor), he indicated by email that he needed more timeI emailed him back that the time period had expired and I would like my money returnedAfter this first exchange, he did not return emails/phone calls for a period of time
I emailed both *** *** and *** *** on 9/20/18(owner of RPR) to inquire about my refund and

They are very aggressive and scare you by mentioning your trustee (in our case Fidelity) They say you MUST have a advisor and are required to have a plan review or risk being in non-compliance with the DOL They don't make it sound optional She says no charge It sounded like a required review I told her "put your request in writing, specifying exactly why our plan is not in compliance." She said can't do that, I would need to call the DOL and have them do a legal letter So...bottom line, after much wasted time and research, the whole thing is an unethical attempt to sell your name to a 401k advisor, and these guys get paid for the referrals DO NOT FALL for this

Consulting Connections, LLC engaged in 'bait and switch' sales tactics to sell an appointment lead generation program with a fraudulent appointment
Consulting Connections, LLC (specifically *** *** reached out to me on November 2nd, with a supposed appointment with a company in Arizona (Health Serices Holdings, Inc.) looking to discuss making changes with their 401k plan provider/advisorThey were represented to have $million dollars in their plan utilizing ADP as their plan provider I am an experience financial advisor who practices in retirement plan consulting, which is presumably why I was solicited by them/her
After much discussion and ***'s assurances that they (Health Services Holdings) were 'ready to meet and make a change' before the end of the year, I agreed to buy the lead but was told that I would have to purchase at least one other 'future' appointment Not wanting to sign up because of my prior experience in another competitor's program a ye

In my opinion, this company is unethical

I gave Retirement Plan Ratings $2,for qualified leads to plan sponsors looking to legitimately review their plan In years I got one lead to a mom and pop shop that was completely satisfied with their advisor and administrator and that is it They won't even return my calls Complete theft of service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RPR failed to deliver services within the specified period of timeRepeated attempts to hold RPR accountable to contractual obligations has failed
Retirement Plan Ratings is a scamThey promise service and do not deliver! We were solicited by RPR in November of They are a high pressure phone solicitor promising 401K and retirement referral services*** *** is the fast talking, spin doctor and *** *** is the ring leader of the scamThese guys scam financial companies by promising delivery of companies qualified for retirement plan servicesThey promise bill you after you have received service but require a credit card to holdThe moment you hang up the phone your card is charged and they never contact you again until you dispute the agreementIf you are lucky the fast talking *** *** will get on the line and tell you more liesThese guys are genuine ss!

Very unscrupulous companyNo one there can take the time to return an email or phone message or do what they say they willDo not trust them
