Our company does in fact have a hour guarantee of services [redacted] had called with a couple issues, not ENTIRELY dissatisfied howeverThe problems were taken into advisement by our staff and a team leader was made aware of the issues as wellShe was scheduled to return to [redacted] home the following day to correct the mistakesUnfortunately, through no fault of our own, Our team leader fell ill on the scheduled date and our office staff called [redacted] and explained this to herShe was offered another team leader to return and [redacted] said she was not sure of a date and time that would work for herShe said that she would call back and let us know, and nobody ever heard from herA message was left for her a day later, and still nobody ever heard from herWe are prepared to give [redacted] a two hour cleaning at no additional charge to her as well as a $gift certificate for another service, so that we can show her what our company is truly made ofOur apologies are sincere and it is rare that we make any type of mistakes while being dispatched to client's homes
