The Cleaning Pros

I will never hire them for residential or commercial, There were 3 of them. They arrived with huge bags and completely cluttered my hallway. My dog was free for a few minutes before I grabbed him, and they deliberately spent 10 minutes petting and playing with my puppy- who has only been with me 2 weeks. Put him in his crate. They wandered around aimlessly in my house unsupervised for OVER 30 minutes, then left saying their office would call me. They spent almost an hour in my house and cleaned nothing. They lied to their office and said the entire house throughout smelled of dog vomit. In 2 weeks here, that dog has never vomited, and has had no pee accident in the house or in his crate in the last 10 days. He is only allowed in 3 rooms in the house, and has never set foot in the basement. If they have a problem cleaning a minority's house just say so from the beginning. I do not recommend them. Such rude liars.
HAD A PLUMBER, AND LANDSCAPER COME BY LATER, AND I ASKED THEM IF MY HOUSE SMELLED OF ANYTHING. BOTH OF THEM COULD NOT DETECT ANY ODOURS AND THOUGHT THAT COMMENT WAS CRAZY AND BIASED.
