I ordered a personalized planner on November 18th, The company gave the option to have two lines of personalization on the cover of the planner, which is what I choseWhen I received the planner, the first line overlapped the second line, which I was not expectingThis made the first word of the second line nearly illegibleI promptly emailed the company to inform them of the mistake and ask how I could have it fixedI was told that they would not fix it and that it was exactly how it was designedAfter carefully reading their policy, which states that they offer refunds and/or exchanges within days if there is an error on their part, I am now trying to find some resolution to my issueThis product was not how it was intended to be and there was obviously an error during the designing and printing process

I emailed them times, trying to get either shipping information or a refund, and on the 3rd time got them to respond,only because I told them I planned to report it to Revdex.comShe claims it was sent out days after the order, however I never received 1)An email saying it had been shipped 2)Tracking info on the item 3)The item I ordered and paid forSo, when I asked for the tracking info, she refuses to give it to me, saying she isn't responsible for items not delivered and her obligation had been fulfilled and that the conversation was over (yes those exact words),yet she refuses to even provide me with tracking information to find out myself why I haven't gotten itThis company is a complete fraud, in my opinion
When ordering a personalized planner, I went based off pictures that I had seen on the website, as well as a history of ordering planners from this company before with no issue, and the planner that I received is not the sameThe planner I received does not have the month tabs to distinguish between monthsIt also has the pages in a different order than before which is not what I was expecting nor detailed on the websiteOverall I am dissatisfied that I spent almost $on a planner that is not what I ordered nor what I was spending my money on
I have had my first planner from Clever Owl for some time now and am in loveGreat layout, pretty, functional and prompt deliveryI use this planner all day, every dayThank you for a fantastic product
After days I have not received my order from this company I have emailed them times with no response and I have contacted them on their Facebook page and was blockedI placed my order on 11/7/and it is currently 12/3/I spent around 60$ for the order and I cannot even contact them about a refund
