To Whom It May Concern: Expedia offers two ways of making reservations and we
accept both kinds: reservations paid to Expedia directly and reservations paid to the hotel directlyWe made an innocent error in charging the guest directly when the guest had already paid with ExpediaNormally this kind of error would be corrected at the time that we discovered itI am the only one allowed to process creditsMy staff alerted me of the mistake and I was out sick and the credit was overlookedWe processed the credit back to the guest last weekWe are currently exploring ways that this kind of error can be prevented in the futureBeds: It is my understanding that all of the larger beds have been upgraded to Serta Presidential Pillow Top MattressesThese are Serta’s flagship mattress lineWe have had guests ask where they can purchase this mattress that is for hospitality onlyWe will definitely look at #beds to make sure that they are up to these standardsHot/cool water: We will have to investigate this as wellWe have had very few complaints about water or anything else lately as we have maintained a consistent customer Satisfaction rating on Booking.com and excellent reviews on tripadvisor as wellBest Regards,
