I don’t typically write reviews, but I am so impressed with ClipOnGuys. To start, the clip ons are perfectly sized and exactly what I was looking for. But what really impressed me was that, when Joe realized he had missed my initial email, he immediately contacted me and offered to deliver the clip ons overnight, so that I’d have them in time for a vacation the following day. Outstanding customer service! Thank you!
Review: I placed an order via US mail with all appropriate info, order form and payment enclosed for the advertised product in early March 2013. It is now the end of April and I have NOT received any product or specific answer to my inquiries. My personal check for payment was cashed on March 18, 2013.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order as specified or in the event the product cannot be supplied then refund of payment of $49.90. Additionally, a record of complaint to be kept with the Revdex.com against Clip On Guys and cliponguys.com.

In 15 years of business we have never had anyone quite like this. Initially I received a txt message with threats to write letters to the attorney general because he didn't have his clip on. He refuses to respond in emails, he was emailed immediately informing him that his frames were so large that we could not make a clip and we wanted to refund him asap through [redacted] or [redacted]. I txt him back and he told me a check was fine so I mailed it asap (even though he continued with more threats of Revdex.com complaints and letters to government) , I sent him a check for a full refund check #[redacted] dated and mailed 25 April 2013. He STILL made complaints, I can assure you he complains often, this is the type of customer we all run from. I don't agree the customer is always right, I contacted this person numerous times he didn't respond , I'm guessing his entire intention was to complain and start problems. WE make a custom clip on, we pride ourselves in doing so..... We don't have time for this type of garbage. HIs frames were so large we couldn't help him so I assume he was angry I don't know and I don't really care. He was emailed 2 times from the shop and did not respond. Every contact from him was offensive and threatening. I immediately refunded him and he still complained. I am not aware if he cashed his check or not if he claims this is not true I can provide proof he did, but honestly I prefer not to waste another minute on this person, look him up, I'm sure he has many complaints as this seems to be his outlet for entertainment.
We pride ourselves in doing what we do , we have been in business for over 14 years. I try and do everything to make the customer happy, and if they are not a full refund is issued asap(it is a custom made product). This customer from the start was a problem, I actually thought it was a joke because of the threats, I wish any business the best of luck dealing with him.
Review: I Sent an order for clip ons and a check for $49.90 on 3/18/13. On 3/30/13 I e-mailed [redacted] (of clip ons) and asked whether he had received my order. [redacted] responded on 4/2/13 by e-mail that my order would ship within 3 days. On 4/10/13 I e-mailed [redacted] and asked if my order did ship. On 4/11/13 I followed up with a phone call and left a message on his voice mail; the voice mail included all the information necessary to check the status of my order and I also reaffirmed that I had e-mailed him the day before with all my information.
As of today (4/12/13) at 3:30 P.M. I have not received an e-mail or phone call from [redacted] regarding the status of my order.Desired Settlement: I believe the company and in particular [redacted] should be more responsive to their customers, especially when they give the customer a ship date they do not hold to. I believe that they have had more than enough time to complete my order and also to respond back to me regarding my order. Since I believe that they are lacking in customer service, which leads me to believe that their product may also be lacking, I am requesting a refund check so that I do not have to deal with them anymore.
