Review: I in January 29th in stores ordered a German HERMLE clock(model#item#01171-N91161), day to pay the full $2484. In February 25th, the store sent a product, but I found the differences between real quality and style and my order is very large, the scene I request a refund, but the mall owner let me pay more than 1200 dollars of freight,I think very unreasonable, I expect unconditional return.Desired Settlement: I expect the return, a full refund, the freight should be borne by the merchants?

The printed out product she brought in clearly showed high definition images of the all angles of the clock, as well as its overall style. On her receipt, it clearly states that all sales are final. Upon receipt of the clock, we showed that the model number on the packaging matched the product page of the clock she had brought in to us. In addition, she showed displeasure that the clock was not German in origin, while the product page-which we showed to her prior to the special order-clearly stated that is was produced in Germany, United States, and China, and assembled in the United States.On day after the sale, she contacted us stating that she did not like the quality and style of the clock and she wanted a refund. Even though our receipt clearly stated that all sales are final, we offered to return her clock with a $1200 restocking fee. This fee is the costs incurred by us for delivering the clock to her by freight as well as the cost to return the clock to manufacturer; again by freight. Due to the size, and distance to the manufacturer, it is $600 to ship the clock each way. Due to the nature of the shipments we are unable to refund the cost of shipping as we cannot get a refund ourselves.
