Review: Three months after the stay at this hotel they have the nerve to go back and charge not only my credit card but my friends credit card also without contacting either one of us, Health and safety needs to go in and check this hotel out I believe it is A Health and safety issue the way it is being maintained please look at the food service areas and also the roomsDesired Settlement: I want both my friends money and my money return this is a horrible owner/manager to deal with

Review: Stayed at the Clock Tower Inn Mon. July 27,2015 thru Sat. Aug 1st. I had per-paid my stay for the 1st 4 days thru Hotwire, which I have the receipt for and showed the desk. They took my Visa card for the final day ($ 121.54). But when I checked out, they charged me for the 1st 4 days once again on my card ($224.80) for the 1st 4 days which were prepaid. They told me at the check-out desk that only the manager, "Baghut", could straighten this out and he was unavailable, and that he would contact me. It never happened. I have called 10 times, was told each time he would return my call, but he didn't and ,apparently never will. I sent him a copy of my paid receipts by registered mail. Still no reply. So I want $224.80 credited on my Visa card or a check. So far I get nothing. Hope you can help me.R[redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund my $224.80 overcharge. Either by a check or credit to my Visa card.

Review: I made a two night reservation for my friend and her fianc. That reservation was made March 4th and my guests got into town March 6th and stayed one night due to unsatisfactory room conditions. They told the hotel they were not staying the second night of March 7th. The next day I called to confirm I would not be charged for the second night and was told since they were not happy I would not be billed. I opened up my bank account today and saw the charge for $166.14 was just posted 8/10. This was supposed to be billed over 5 months ago as this is a debit card and was like a cash transaction. This caused me to be over-drawn on my account. I attempted calling once, no answer, no voicemail. I waited a few minutes called again and someone picked up. I said "I hope you can help me I'm a little confused I had a reservation in March-" And I was cut off he told me to hold and never came back on the line. The phone switched over and kept ringing. I tried again. No answer. I sent an email to the email address that sent me confirmation asking for clarification. I have hotel confirmation from back on March and my billing statement if needed.Desired Settlement: I would like all of the funds credited $166.14 as this was to be posted 5 months ago and now caused my account to be overdrawn because I was not planning on those monies to be taken out.
