We only fulfill and service orders placed on [redacted]. Unfortunately, this customer did not place their order through our website. By the phone number she listed on her statement, this order was placed through [redacted] and they can be reached at 1-855-721-3340 which is the number she listed from her bank account. Unfortunately, since she is not a customer of ours we are unable to assist her.

Clorox just sent me an e-mail saying they are sending me a refund check, so this complaint can be closed.  Thank you very much for your help.

This item was received via an internet website.  They did not provide a receipt, an email confirmation or any other information other than the charge on my credit card. They said it's a automatic order and you do not need to click a button to submit or order.  Just that it's a live site...

and accepts an order automatically. The return address on the package they sent is the same address for returns.  Their web site does not provide any identifying information on the company address, etc. I have the charge information from my credit card.  They did not include any type of documentation in the package they sent.  Do you want to credit card information or link to the site?

Tell us why here...  I will send consumer his refund.
