Review: From the outset, over a year ago, we complained that the closet doors don't stay closed because the magnets they used are insufficient. We have tried them, and they still fail to function as promised. They claim to provide a lifetime warranty on their product. In other words, not only have they failed to provide an acceptable product from the outset, but they have also breached their warranty.Desired Settlement: Despite repeated attempts to make their product work, it has failed to work. At first it failed to work occasionally, and now it doesn't work at all. Time has proven that their design is defective and cannot repaired as predicted. Therefore, we want a refund.

Please see attached. We have tried in everyway to satisfy the Delotts. At this place and time the Delotts still owe a substantial amount of money.

We have advised them, that when the job is paid in full, we will return to adjust any issues. We have gone back SEVERAL TIMES and to date have not received the final balance

The Closet Factory letter, which is dated 4/**/13, is completely unresponsive. When you read the Closet Factory letter, you see that [redacted] completely failed to address or even mention the fact that the magnetic devices on the doors fail to work. [redacted]s response is an admission that Closet Factory is in breach of its warrant, found at [redacted]

Not surprisingly, [redacted] and Closet Factory are demonstrable liars. There is concrete proof that they are frauds and liars. They were paid in full. We have credit card statements, undeniable documentary evidence, that Closet Factory was paid in full. They know that to be true, but are lying because they know they have no defense for their shoddy work and breach of their lifetime guarantee.
