Review: Contract closet factory to install shelving unit. Wrong parts were ordered by company. Which led to the Shelving unit to be incomplete. I paid the balance of work that was completed. Was notified that the remainder of balance ($168) needs to be paid when project is completed. The project should of been completed July 14th. Waiting for over 10 days, I called to cancel job and was was told I can not cancel and I I have to wait until they complete job and pay remaining balance. Job should of been completed on 7/14, I paid for what work they completed. I no longer want their services.Desired Settlement: I'm unsatisfied with closet factory. I paid for work they completed. and no longer want them in my house to finish the job they should of completed on July 14th. I don't feel I should have to pay for wrong parts that they originally ordered. The parts were never installed and are currently in their possession. I would rather leave the work incomplete and hire another company to finish they job they could not.

Review: this business charged by credit card without finishing the job.Desired Settlement: Refund of the charges.
